How long a natural miscarriage lasts?

Hi guys, I’m scheduled to have a d/c this Wednesday (02/20) but I already started bleeding and I’m having some serious cramps.  My baby died about a week ago and I started bleeding 3 days ago. 
How long a natural miscarriage lasts? I’m afraid I won’t make it until Wednesday when I have the D/C....
 
* 7 weeks  (baby stopped developing at 6 weeks and 4 days )

I’m sorry for your loss. I am currently miscarrying, my baby stopped developing at 6w2d and I should be 12w4d today and he still hasn’t passed even with three rounds of Misoprostol (Cytotec). I’ve been bleeding for 17days with cramps on and off.  My body doesn’t want to let this baby go.

I’m not totally sure how long a natural can last, we found out we lost our baby on a Friday. I started having cramps and bleeding the next day. I kept thinking it was over, but the cramps and bleeding came back. I went to the er that Saturday and they thought I was almost done, so they sent me home. I went back to the doctor on Wednesday before my scheduled dnc and he said I wasn’t even close, so we went ahead with the procedure. Long story short, it can at least last several very painful days.
