Keratosis Pilaris and Tattoos

I’ve been considering getting tattooed on my upper arm, but I have keratosis pilaris, and I’m concerned the tattoo won’t heal/look right.

Has anyone here been tattooed over their bumpy arms?

Do you have keratosis pilaris? Is there anything that works good for you? I have trouble keeping my skin moisturized in the winter, and exfoliating it year round. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
