18 month vaccination reaction?

My son got his 18 month shots yesterday and woke up with a red, swollen arm today. I’m applying heat and he doesn’t seem bothered or feverish. Has this happened to anyone else? Anything else you did to help?

Which shot was it? My son also always gets them in the thigh. There was one that was slightly red and swollen for 1-2 days after but no fever or irritation. Went away and wasn’t an issue. I don’t remember which shot it was though but I can narrow down by which it wasn’t. Was not flu, chickenpox, hep a, hep b, maybe dtap

Was it the dtap shot? I know when i got it during pregnancy,  my arm  felt sore  and had a little knot under it.
