I used both. But found out I was pregnant with clinical guard for both my son and this baby that's brewing.

I've used clinical guard. I'm trying pregmate this cycle. Clinical is a good brand but I like that pregmate is wider and easier to see and hold

I’m wondering if there’s any sensitivity differences between the opks. 
I’ve been using clinical guard opks for months but am wondering if it’s time to try something new that might work better for me.
