Anxiety at bedtime
I get so anxious around 7-8 in preparation for night time. I have a sleep disorder and used to sleep 10-12 hours a day and take insomnia medication. I obviously don’t need the meds anymore to sleep but getting 4-6 hours of broken sleep is really affecting me. My son is breastfed and we are doing one bottle a day that dad gives but we do that in the early evening. I also try not to wake dad up since he works and I’m not working. And yes he does help when he gets home. But does anyone else feel this way and is anything helping you relax to prepare for nighttime feedings/calming baby? I hate feeling frustrated or too tired when caring for him.
