The return of nausea 🤢
Oh what fun, along with all of the other 3rd trimester misery my morning sickness is back! And just like the first trimester, I can't stomach anything even remotely healthy! I especially hate this because my husband and I are very conscientious of our diet...so I have to switch up our whole grocery/cooking routine, sigh, Anyway, does anyone have any recommendations for healthy meals that work with nausea? I usually eat eggs with cooked ham in the AM and a salad for lunch - both are making me gag.
