Hi there 😊 just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience getting off birth control, specifically Nexplanon and not for the purposes of getting pregnant. I HATED the side effects it gave me, so I had it removed and it has been about a month since my appointment.

What is your favorite natural/holistic method of birth control? (Aside from cycle tracking, I know there are these fancy thermometers or something that help you track 🤔)
