Should I take a test?

So earlier this week I thought I had implantation blood, but then I started spotting like a normal period the day after. My periods are typically at least a week long and this one stopped after just 3 days. Should I take a test?

Yes my best friend is pregnant and the day after we took the test she started bleeding heavily we figured miscarriage but after 2 hospitals and multiple blood draws all is well and she had her first ultrasound!

I’ve just had the same thing happen to me I’m going to wait a week before I take a test and see what happened me but for sure take a test to be certain.
