Spray tans during pregnancy?

Are they safe? Or what about the at home rub on tans?

I use at home tanning lotion & my OB said they’re safe. Even some doctors will say indoor tanning is still safe too to a certain extent.

I did a spray tan while pregnant. Kept my mouth shut and tried not to breathe. No adverse effects to the baby.
