I've been awake since 3 am and it's now 5 am with a constant back ache and stomach pains similar to when I'm getting my period. I've had a hot shower and that didnt help.. does this sound like the start of labour? I have an irritable uterus but havent done anything to irritate it, I also have aching down my legs, feels like my actual period is coming 🙃.. I'm 29 weeks or so. :(
