Well what a stressful day- anyone had babies slow in growth?

Question

Went for a growth scan due to fundal height not increasing- scan showed babies growth has decreased and even though shes grown she hasn't grown a lot, so was hooked up to monitor and then they said her heart rate is at the higher end of normal when it should be going down at this stage....
Doctor was vague and quick and said I'd have another scan in a week and another monitoring- 36+4 today and wondering if I'll get induced if shes still small 😓

I having same thing, but the midwife said it depends what's your height and its most likey that the baby was in a awared position or legs crossed when they took the measurements before so it's just finding the advantage length, so when I first found out I had to go back I broke down in tears and was really worried which is completely normal, but as I rethought the scan and baby measurement it makes sense, cause its not like they can actually physically measure the baby, what they told me is as long as the tummy messures good she's getting fed, and there hasn't been a drop in that, it's a protocol which they have to follow, so I would worry and if worse case, they most likely give you something like steroids to help her grow won't do any harm...

My belly stopped growing in size with my son. I had to have a scan and the ultrasound tech was silent. Freaked us out and it turned out they thought his head was cone shaped and I would need another scan. Next week it was totally fine. He was just a small baby! But my husband and I were both 5 lbs so we knew we would make small kids. He is a perfectly healthy 20 month wild child.

My baby had a slight drop in weight gain last week, and I mean it was a very slight drop..the consultant wasn’t that bothered but the midwife wants me in for another scan next week. Il be 38 weeks by then so I’m hoping baby will be already out and I won’t need the scan lol
