Prenatal vitamins?

Has anyone been taking prenatal vitamins before their first doctors appointment? 
It’s my first child and I’m kinda scared on what I take I don’t know if I should wait until talking with my doctor to take any..

It's recommended to take them months before even TTC so you're definitely fine and should be taking them. Any prenatal with folic acid and DHA is what your doctor will want you to be taking.

I would start taking them most don’t see you until at least 8w to 12w. Just make sure to do your research. I am taking Olly gummies with Honest DHA because the gummies don’t have much DHA in them and this time around the pills are making me super sick.
