My 2 toddler are slighting coughing with body temperature over 101.7

Both are continuously sleeping and desire for water/juice whenever their up.

Is this the cold/fever or flu?

*I'm taking them to the hospital as soon as my spouse come home*

Responding to eyeroll: I try this with oldest, her temperature did went done only for a few hours. She have been there way for 4 day. Her younger sibling just got sick yesterday. I'm currently giving them Tylenol
