I have a corn allergy, and recently discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity as well (boo, I know) so I’ve been attempting to go gluten free for the last 3 weeks.

I’m on a continuous combo pill (3 months on, 4 days off) and since going gluten free I’ve noticed that my face has started breaking out and I’ve been experiencing some cramping and breakthrough bleeding.

Could it be my new diet, or something else? I didn’t have any problems with this pill before the diet change, but did have to switch pills about 6 months ago because I was having an allergic reaction to the previous one.

Just trying to see if this is a thing, or just my crazy allergies again haha. Thanks!
