Is this faint line enough to be a positive? This wait is killing me! 4 days until AF comes. I’m so bloated and cramps tho. Ugh send baby dust my way !!!!!

UPDATE** I took one of the cheap tests this morning (day 2 of testing) and it came back negative. I’m confused! Why would first response show a faint positive?!! Ugh has this happened to anyone!??
