Is Chinese takeout safe?

We’re ordering Chinese tonight and all I get is gluten free pork fried rice, is this safe to eat while pregnant?

I ate Chinese with both pregnancies and probably will with this one lol my babies are fine

I did with my daughter, the high MSG was concerning but I asked my midwife and she as long as it isn’t a regular thing it should be ok.
