Opks aren't recommended for pcos due to our weird lh surges. I wouldn't rely on them without a back up method like temping to confirm.

Your on cd 49 . Have you tried taking a pregnancy test . I know it sounds crazy but HCG in your system will turn an opk positive and  could be why you are seeing multiple days of positives . If you have some cheapie test laying around I’d try it to check . Your opks looks like mine when I was pregnant. Good luck!

Surges can vary depending on your cycles. I used to have 32-50 day cycles before I got pregnant. (Unfortunately the pregnancy ended in miscarriage.) But I would have positive opk’s 5 days straight. Now that my cycles are shorter ( They’re about 21-28 days ) I only get positives for about 3 days. I know this post is not recent but for anyone asking the same questions I hope this info helps😊💜
