I want to die..

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. I just left my OBGYN appointment where I just found out I am positive for HSV-2. I started sobbing hysterically in front of my doctor and nurses. I’m married with two children and I’ve always been super healthy and STD free. I’ve never had an outbreak. What do I do now? I feel like dying.
