I just did my taxes and my dad has me super stressed out! He wanted to file my taxes and have them deposited into his account. I of course said no because he is really money hungry and stole $1,200 from me last year. Then he wanted to claim my daughter and give me half the money because he swore I didn't make enough money to claim her which I again said no. Now he found out how much money I'm getting back and he swears I did it wrong because it's way to much. This year I'm getting about $1,400 more back than the year before because I had only worked about 5/6 months at that time. This time around I made a little over $13,000, claimed head of house hold and my 2 year old daughter while my boyfriend claimed our son. Is there any way I could've done it wrong? About how much is normal to get back?
