I have always been regular and was taking birth control regularly and the same time every night and was breastfeeding. I thought oh no my period is due in a few days we are good. Well that worked great at giving me a third baby. I did ovulate and if based off my normal cycle I actually ovulated 10 days late and sperm lived 5 days to conceive my daughter. Without positive ovulation testing to know exactly when you ovulated I would not trust rhythm method

I am going to take it this evening because it states that it can help prevent the lining from being strong enough for me to conceive successfully i.e. implanting. But I honestly think even with cutting it close I would be fine I have been ovulating on my ovulation date for the past 6 months that I can confirm most likey because if I have any variations in my cycle I log it so the dates could be more accurate. If it wasn't for the event of how and what happened I wouldn't be worried thankfully I used spermicide to help lower my chances even more.

How do you know that’s when you ovulate? This app is just a prediction, it’s not accurate
