Extremly confused! 😭

I stopped my BC in December. January 3rd I got my normal period. I havent gotton a period for the month of Feburary. I am atleast week and a half late. Ive taken 3 pregnancy test all negative. Could there be a chance im pregnant.. I dont have any pregnancy symptoms, and I've never missed a period.
