C Section Scar HELP 🤒🤕

I am 6 weeks postpartum and my scar looks like this... my doctor put the black stuff on to “scar up” the raw parts yesterday. I don’t think anything happened/it’s working. Is this normal? Any advice??? It burns when I sneeze or cough. I want to wash it but not sure if I should or not.
