Don’t give him a dime. He owes child support, he should’ve probably thought about that when he didn’t pay it 🤷🏽‍♀️ might sound a little cruel but that’s just me.

My husbands entire income tax goes to his baby mama for back child support and I would never ever let him ask for a dime of it back. We live in a different part of the state and he only gets to see them during the summers. So I know that because he isn’t there for them everyday like a mom is...he needs to pay child support for his children. It sucks to not have money ever...but he had kids and he needs to provide for them.

Uhhhh she needs to hold him accountable. He’s only sorry when he wants something obviously. He thought if he finally came and got his sons that he deserved the money back??? Those boys deserve better than that. Those boys deserve a Mom that would take that money and use it for rent, groceries, new school clothes etc.. she needs to cut the dad off to herself and explain to her boys how they’re loved and how they may feel about their dad and why he acts the way he does.

He owed her that 5,200 from all the late child support and now it’s paid off. She don’t need to give $3,000 back cause if she does she’s never gonna get it back. And she shouldn’t let him slide on those payments, it’s his child and he needs to take responsibility financially. 
If I were her I wouldn’t of let him even slide for those 8 missed months, I woulda taken him to court after 2-3 missed payments. 
And if she does give back the $3,000 to him then that extra shows that she’ll let him slide on those payment and any others in the future and is just taking advantage of her.

Dear I know you don't owe him anything .here one thing I feel for that lady because I am in here shoes right now. Heres thing. Might be different I don't get child support for my daughter from her dad so I connceter my taxs i am paying my self child support to get what my daughter needs that I can't get her with my paycheck. My husband owes back child support to a woman that is on ssi . she got my state already probably my fed too. If he had his daughter she wouldn't have pay anything for child support because she on ssi like my daughter dad. I am not title to pay his back child support it's not my det to pay. Be honest I be piss too but on the other hand I would look at I help my husband get out det too.it's one of thing your screwed no matter how you look at.  Like I said you don't owe him anything but it's up to you alone no body else to give it back or keep it.

She should stand her ground because for him to be so far behind in payments and he hasn't been lock up..... he's taking her for a fool. Keep your children's money and get them what they need. 
He's going to be pissed. So the f*@# what. He now has to deal with the new girlfriend.
