Is it possible to grow my gluteus medius and abs in ~2.5 months?

I'm thinking of working out 4 days a week. I'm not someone who eats a lot of junk but I don't really eat healthy either. Like, i know I'm not able to stick to a diet, so do you think that with my normal diet I'm going to be able to grow muscles and see results in 2 months?
