The TWW ?

When should I start my two week wait , I'm fairly new to TTC and wouldnt mind any opinions .

Answer

The TWW starts after you ovulate. A regular cycle means you ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of your last period. Then you begin the TWW, so 2 weeks after you ovulate is when it’s best to take a pregnancy test. You can’t just pick and chose when it begins it’s all up to your body. Opk tests are helpful in determining the exact ovulation day if you don’t know the signs from your body. Good luck, it can get stressful and confusing for sure but you figure it out.
