My baby is ebf and almost 4mo. Initially he had the yellow seedy poop for a couple of months. At some point it got slimy and lost all seediness. It is yellow. He also used to poop a little every time I changed his diaper and got a diaper rash.

His doctor asked me to stop drinking milk, which I did, and his frequent small poops stopped. Now he does max 3 poops a day and pee diapers are just plain pee ones.

But poops are still slimy. He also isn’t gaining wait as much as he should. He was 20-15 percentile until two months, by 3rd month he dropped to 7% and had remained there.

Anyone has any suggestions on what I should do?
