Anyone else suffering from constipation!? I’m 7 weeks and I’m going crazy from it. It feels like a poop is there but I push and it just will not come. What can I do?? I’m a first time mom with this pregnancy and I’m so scared to take a laxative because I don’t want it to hurt my baby but I need some sort of relief!!! Is the liquid Lactulose okay to take?? I have some of that but I don’t know if it’s safe or not. My first meeting with my midwife isn’t for another 3 weeks so I have no one else to ask :(
