Hi girls. So my SO and I recently got engaged and he revealed that he basically wants to get down to having babies like on the wedding night. NBD I'm ok with that however I have had and IUD in for about 3 years and am aware that they say it can potentially take up to a year to reach pregnancy after removal. Should I get it removed now? (The wedding is planned for over a year away.)

Have you been through this? How long did it take for you to become pregnant after removal? Were there complications?
