Sharp Shooting Pain In Vagina

I’m 36+4, and at my midwife appointment today, I got my cervix checked (it’s closed). I know that probably has something to do with this, but idk if it’s normal. I’ve been having super sharp, shooting pain that feels like it’s in my cervix/vagina. It’s happened a few times while laying down but mostly when standing or walking, it’ll stop me in my tracks and make me grab between my legs. It only lasts a second but it’s so damn sharp. Has anyone else experienced this?
