Scared of another chemical pregnancy 🥺😰

I am currently 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I had some spotting today, feeling tired and there is mild lower back pain. So I panicked and took a pregnancy test.

I am scared as I had a miscarriage around 5 weeks last year which started in similar way. Only the positive test is keep my hopes up. Did any of you ladies experience similar things ??
