Implantation or period??

Currently CD 32 (I have irregular periods) I supposedly ovulated according to this app on the 9th, due for AF on 22nd. I’ve had mild cramping the last two days and red spotting today. Ive been reading that implantation bleeding (which timing is good for right now) is usually brown or dark red - min was bright red 😔
