Tmi but need advice!

So ladies I was just sat on the sofa watching tele and I felt a bit of watery liquid come out, I went to the toilet to check and its like a clear watery discharge. My jeans and underwear are damp. Not massively but I can feel it in my underwear and when I touched my jeans at the back I can feel it. Then when I went for a wee and wiped its sort of stretchy discharge but clear. I am really worried about miscarriage. Abit of reassurance would help? :/
