Anyone else interested in (prenatal) nutrition here?

I’m about to head in to the second trimester and am trying to figure out how to get a couple hundred extra calories in every day while maintaining a balanced diet. So far I have not put on any weight, which is fine for 1st trimester but should start to change here in a week or two.

I just don’t have a huge appetite so the thought of eating more is a bit daunting. I’m thinking high calorie nutrient dense foods like avocados, nuts, and bananas may be my friend. What else?

ETA I have Celiac Disease and allergic to dairy, so no bread or dairy products (as much as I would love to)
