In my opinion, I think you should tell your parents that you took a test and it was positive. Go to the doctors to confirm the pregnancy & get on prenatal vitamins, and let the father know. 
You need to focus on you and your baby and what is going to be right for you. If his family is already putting in his head that you’re “cheating”, what would stop them from convincing him the child isn’t his? He has a right to know, but you have the right to decide not to be with him. Un necessary stress isn’t good for momma or the baby.
