Is this normal

Okay so I'm 39 weeks and 4 days. I been losing my mucus plug with blood for about 3 days, and it lasts all day. I have been getting light period cramps here and there. Is this normal for me to be bleeding throughout the 3 days? Oh and the blood started off dark and now it's pink/red
