I feel hopeless ...

Im 23 I have PCOS . We tried 3 cycles of clomid and 5 cycles of Femara .This cycle I did 10mg of Femara 3-7 and the Ovidrel HCG shot . Im in the 2ww and tommrow my dr told me I should get a true positive I tested this morning an now im hopeless. Im exhausted with all the cycles 😞.
