Not smiling

Our baby will be 8 weeks this week. I am worried because he is not smiling. I keep seeing all these other moms post pictures of their kids who were born after my son smiling away. I am starting to worry something is wrong as he always seems unhappy.

I know I am overthinking this but we have already gone through so much with him health wise I can’t take one more thing going wrong.
