Party foods
I am having a baby shower
About 100 people are invited
I doubt the full 100 people will show up
But for food,
Obviously, for the main parts (sandwiches and cake) I will need a surplus of servings
So everyone can eat, even if someone decides to take seconds
But I do not necessarily need to make sure each and every side includes 150+ servings do I?
I plan to have sandwiches, wraps, pastas, vegetable pizza, pigs in a blanket, salad and a large veggie tray for the main course
And have a large fruit dish, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate dipped pretzels, pudding, Canollis and carrot cake for the desserts
And then have thinks like popcorn, nuts, ham roll ups, and cheese-ham-pickle on a pick, as a snack before food is ready, and on a surplus.
Should I be fine with about a 50/75 serving of the wraps/pinwheels and pigs in a blanket?
And then a 50 serving of the chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate dipped pretzels?
