Hi!

My little guy is almost 4 weeks old. He is breastfed and has had pretty consistent dirty diapers since birth— the mustard yellow/seedy kind.

The last week or so I’ve noticed 2-3 diapers that have a dark green color to them. The consistency seems similar to the mustard yellow ones.

I’ve read that dark green baby poop can be totally normal... I’m just worried it’s something in my breast milk or something I’m eating as he’s seemed a little fussier/pained by gas lately. Then when I saw the green dirty diapers I got more worried he has some food sensitivity or something. The pediatrician of course said all my concerns were “normal”? But I didn’t find that helpful.

Any of you seen similar dirty diapers? Is this normal/cause for concern? Thanks in advance! ☺️
