Bleeding during sex

I recently lost my virginity to my boyfriend, and I did bleed which is normal. But we’ve tried it a couple more times and it still feels like the first time. I feel like I bleed even more now. Afterwards I also feel like I’m cramping. Is that normal? Should I go to the doctor? HELP!!!! 😫
