Moms who have preeclampsia or BP issues

So at my appointment last Wednesday I had a high reading.. he said if it happens again (this coming Wednesday) he wants to take baby early. Well on Thursday (v-day) I went into labor and delivery with high bp.. it went down and they sent me home. I have high BP again tonight and a slight headache. The only visual change is like when I look at the tv from the normal distance with my glasses on it’s not as clear which I think has happened to us all at some point. Labor & delivery said come in if I feel dizzy or nauseous.

Anyone else who’s dealt with this.. what happened?! Is what I’m experiencing that normal or are these red flags? I’m just worried about the baby.
