Any hope?

Glow says I’m 9 days late. My other app says I’m 3 days late.. not really sure when I actually ovulated being my periods have been a little off since my last miscarriage in August.. I’ve took a few test the latest one being today and I’m still getting negatives. Just don’t wanna get my hopes up but it’s so hard..
