3rd period after D&E

My period has been heavy this cycle, with the last 2 being extremely long (10 days) with spotting. This cycle started at 10 dpo, my last 2 began at 13 dpo. My period prior to pregnancy was 4-5 days long, light-medium flow and my luteal phase was 13-14 days. I’m so frustrated with my flow being heavy like no tomorrow or light for a very long time, also the luteal phase of 9 days this cycle makes me worried for serious problems. Also, the cramps are horrible )never had this before).

Did you experience this? Was anyone able to conceive without issues?
