High insulin levels and ttc?

Anyone have high insulin levels and conceived before they were put on metformin or anything? I have high insulin levels but my a1c is normal

I have high insulin levels with normal a1c. I have pcos insulin resistance. I take 1000 mg metformin twice a day . I took metformin with clomid when I conceived my daughter 13 yrs ago . Now hoping that I can conceive again with letrezole.
