Blood pressure

So tonight me and my fiance and our son went out to eat. As we was eating I started getting hot and wasnt feeling good . I thought it was where it was so packed and stuff and that was why I was so hot . So we eat and we leave and go to Walmart to pick up a few things and I started getting hot again and felt funny. So I go over to the pharmacy and get my blood pressure checked at it came up to be 153/70. I know that is high and I know I usually have a blood pressure of 131/80. But we are home now and I feel fine. Should I call labor and delivery my hospital is 45 min away or just let the doctor know Monday at my appointment.
