TTC but Terrified to MC again 😭💔

I just had my second miscarriage within a year and stopped bleeding from it last week

. I have a LOT of the egg white like texture CM and my cervix is in it's "ovulating" position... I bled thru my "fertile week" (it was just spotting) there's no way to enter "miscarrying" to the log so idk.. I dont have a regular doctor, can't afford health insurance or anything soooo anyone have any thoughts? We do want to conceive this year at some point... but I am terrified to miscarry again is it even possible to ovulate and get pregnant this soon a after a MC?
