Anything to help with really bad pain, endometriosis

Tilly • Sun, Feb 17 • 27years old. Have been trying to convince natural and on my own for over 5 years. Got pregnant once and miscarried 3 weeks later . I pray for the day i become a mom.

Im looking for anything, im desperate to try something to help with my endometriosis pain and cramping. Doctors keep telling me birth control but I want kids and have been trying to conceive for years now..ive also had surgery and the pain is back one year later.

Its causing me to stay in bed all day, im taking Tylenol around the clock but it’s hardly helping... any suggestions??? Please
