The app is confusing me?? Anyone else??

I got a natural Miscarriage 11/17/2018.. So the app says that I was ovulating yesterday so we did the baby dance but today I got my period with I lot of cramps I am very confused. I know last time I got pregnant the 2 day of my period so could have been ovulating yesterday?

I'm not looking too much into app dates of ovulating etc as I think my body is still all over the place. So confusing isn't it x
