My Diet: 1,400-1,600 calories a day
(most days are 1,600 calories)
Gym: I am wanting to get a gym membership within this month or next month
It would be great if I can get some advice on gym routines (since I will be new at working out specially at gyms). Advice on dieting and heathy foods would be great too along with overeating.
