Ladies I need a little help... I was induced with my daughter so I never felt the going into labor feeling...

I’ve had intense back pain for 2 days straight and I’ve felt contractions that are pretty mild all morning.. baby hasn’t moved since I woke up 4 hours ago..

My question is, is this Braxton Hicks or labor contractions?

They don’t go away when I lay on my left side they intensify a little and I’ve drank A LOT of water already in hopes they will go away...
